A word from Grace: Hello! I’m Grace, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping people improve their lives through nutrition. Whether I’m helping a client work towards intuitive eating and healing from an eating disorder, or advising another on real food sources of choline for pregnancy, my mission is to provide care that results in peace of mind and meaningful change. I do this by working with each client to determine their specific goals and then taking incremental steps to achieve those goals.

For those interested, I am also happy to incorporate Biblical truths into our nutrition counseling sessions. This can be especially impactful for those struggling with their relationship to food or their bodies. I welcome all clients who want to move forward in their lives by improving their nutrition.
