Eating Disorder Treatment
Your registered dietitian maintains up-to-date expertise in the treatment of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, orthorexia nervosa, ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), and OSFED (other specified feeding and eating disorder).

The office is located in Denville, NJ, the ‘Hub of Morris County.’ Grace Nutrition Counseling is also anticipating a Montclair, NJ location opening up in 2024 - stay tuned! If an in-person visit is not feasible, virtual sessions are available.

Meal & Grocery Store Outings
When struggling with disordered eating, any and all food-related activities can be a source of stress. Working with your dietitian, you may decide to participate in any of the following activity options to build healthy coping skills and resiliency: Restaurant outings, grocery store tours, or in-office food/meal exposures.

Menu Planning
As needed, your dietitian will team up with you to build and implement a personalized meal plan. You will learn the foundations of nutrition science, what a balanced meal or snack looks like, and how to portion for your unique needs. We are not a one-size-fits-all practice - we are here to support you as an individual!
